Inside Harvey 13, Later, Bye trades the usual cocktail-bar theater for something smaller, darker, and more deliberate. A long black-walnut bar, floor-to-ceiling woodwork, and indirect light shape an intimate 31-seat room where the details do the talking.
The project grew out of Gardner Studio's broader work on the building, carrying the same hands-on approach from architecture into interiors and fabrication. Opened in 2024, Later, Bye was recognized as a 2026 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Bar - proof that a tiny room can leave a pretty big impression.
