The Lindy is the first large-scale multifamily building in Wheeler District, but it is designed to meet the neighborhood at the speed of a front porch. Two buildings hold 199 residences close to the sidewalk, with walk-up entries, balconies, a breezeway, and shared spaces that make the larger development feel more like a collection of addresses.

The exterior palette begins with the colors and scale of the homes around it. A smaller building stays quiet in white beside Rainbow Row, while the larger facade moves through a subtle gradient drawn from Oklahoma red dirt. The changing tone breaks down the building's length and gives the elevations a different read as the light moves across them.
