Main Street Arcade, built in 1921, is one of the last remnants of the historic downtown Main Street in Oklahoma City. It is prominently located in the midst of several significant development in west downtown. After completing the original historic renovation plans for the building, gardner worked with the core tenant — Crew Workspace — to create public and private meeting areas through careful space planning.

The street-level entry opens to a reception and event space, with desks for day rental. The second floor, for longer term tenants, features private offices and workstations positioned strategically to capture natural light filtering in from the surrounding perimeter windows. A secondary kitchen and lobby space are available for entertaining clients, as well as private conference rooms and phone booths for flexible work needs and meetings.
