News 9's downtown headquarters had to work as both an around-the-clock broadcast facility and a place where people could meet, focus, and feel part of the same company. Gardner Studio began with careful programming for studios, streaming stations, conference rooms, corporate offices, and employee spaces, then organized them around a more open, connected workplace.
A feature ceiling and walnut wall wrap the central hall, giving the large floor plate a clear center and a warmer scale. Carpet, upholstered furnishings, and layered finishes handle the less-visible work of acoustic control near the first-floor studios. Black steel details, custom on-air signs, and aluminum pendants nod to the technical work of broadcasting without turning the office into a theme.
