Griffin Media sought to centralize their broadcast and News9 teams in a functional, modern hub. The space required not only a cosmetic and technology upgrade but also technical programming to support 24/7 broadcasting, conference rooms, corporate offices, employee lounges, and streaming news stations. Collaborating with the owner, Gardner created an interiors plan balancing corporate and broadcast needs. What was formerly an inwardly-focused space got opened up, drawing daylight into the work spaces and projecting a corporate identity outward.

A feature ceiling and walnut wall treatment wrap the central hall, adding warmth, while carpet and soft furnishings provide texture and sound dampening for the broadcast studios. Exterior updates included a new 43-foot-wide broadcast screen for live news updates and branded mesh screening on the facade, aligning the space with Griffin Media’s identity and operational goals.
