Rose Creek Golf Club

When new ownership acquired the Rose Creek Clubhouse, they envisioned a transformed experience. Using a design-build approach, the project included interior renovations, structural upgrades, enclosing an exterior patio, and creating distinct spaces for private events, restaurant seating, and a members-only speakeasy.

The restaurant doubled in size, the members-only lounge expanded, bars redesigned, built-in seating added, and mechanical and electrical systems upgraded. Despite the scope doubling mid-construction, the team delivered on schedule with creativity and commitment.

Gardner also fabricated and installed extensive millwork, cased openings, custom doors, and ceiling treatments. Completed in 2022, the project earned recognition as a Top Ranked Clubhouse in the nation.
