The Rose Creek Clubhouse renovation reworked nearly every part of the member experience. The design-build effort included a full interior demolition, structural modifications, an enclosed patio that doubled the restaurant, and distinct but related settings for dining, private events, bar seating, and a members-only lounge.
Gardner Studio worked alongside QUAD Construction and Strickland Design, pairing architecture and interiors with extensive custom fabrication. Millwork, cased openings, doors, built-in seating, bars, and ceiling treatments give each room its own character while holding the larger clubhouse together. The scope grew substantially during construction, but the team kept the work coordinated and the schedule intact.
