For a real-estate investment firm deeply tied to downtown Oklahoma City, the 26th-floor office at City Place Tower needed to feel polished without becoming precious. Gardner Studio designed the plan, interiors, and furnishings around the firm's values of integrity, perseverance, vision, and stewardship.

Walnut ceiling and wall panels, marble counters, and broad glass partitions give the workplace warmth and transparency. Original concrete columns remain exposed throughout, taking a little formality out of the minimal palette and keeping the office connected to the tower it occupies.
