A real estate investment firm firmly vested in downtown Oklahoma City, Square Deal embarked on an office renovation for the 26th floor of City Place Tower as they sought to expand their team. Gardner oversaw the interior design and furnishing for the firm with a design that reflects their values — integrity, perseverance, vision, and stewardship. The materials selected for the space include walnut ceiling and wall panels, marble countertops, and expansive glass partitions for increased transparency across the open and private spaces of the floor plan. Several original concrete pillars were left exposed in the design, lending a less formal element to an otherwise minimal design aesthetic.
