Wheeler District is a new, master-planned neighborhood on the shore of the Oklahoma River just south of downtown. Contributing to the existing fabric of this carefully designed walkable and bikeable community, this new development in Wheeler hugs the sidewalk, provides walk-up porches, and takes measures to accomodate the human scale in its design. Featuring 199 apartments in two buildings, the development also includes amenities such as a lobby, mail room, dog wash station, indoor bicycle storage, fitness center, club room, swimming pool, patio, and a breezeway.
The exterior facades utilize a smiliar material palette to the adjacent houses to provide continuity. The smaller, walk-up building dons a simple white color scheme in deference to the landmark “Rainbow Row” next door, while the larger building showcases a gradient in color and materials.
