Pinnacle Heights is designed as a vibrant destination in Rogers, Arkansas, with new infrastructure, parks, and proximity to local venues. Centered around the creation of a new “Main and Main” intersection, the 16 acre site has been transformed into a pedestrian-focused mixed-use urban village. The HUD-financed development features a variety of rental housing options, including row homes and townhomes providing a transition to the adjacent single-family neighborhoods, along with commercial space, and activated outdoor spaces to attract residents and visitors.

The primary apartment building wraps a parking garage that is designed to also serve a future hotel. The master plan prioritizes access to nearby parks and trails, including the Razorback Regional Greenway, a 36-mile network connecting Fayetteville and Bentonville.
